Horticultural Asset Management, Inc. (HMI) and its national network of arborists and tree care professionals provide property owners with low-cost, standardized reports concerning the health and value of their trees and shrubs. Using HMI’s revolutionary software, which inventories and analyzes the trees and shrubs on a property, we provide residential and commercial property owners with critical information enabling them to proactively manage and protect these valuable assets.
The health of a tree is directly related to its survivability during adverse conditions. For the first time property owners/managers, insurers and others have a national resource to conduct objective inspections using standardized evaluation software. Using the data collected during these inspections HMI is able to create a variety of TreeFacts™ Reports providing a range of information to meet the needs of any property owner. Our clients also can access HMI’s network of tree care professionals to provide a full range of repair and maintenance services.
Based on the specific requirements of each client, HMI will inventory and conduct a visual inspection of the trees on a property. Following the on-site inspection we can produce a TreeFacts™ Report containing a wide range of important information about each tree including:
- Objective health assessments and listing of all noticeable symptoms
- Recommendations for follow-up evaluation
- Standardized replacement cost valuation data
- Customized care and maintenance instruction
Whether you own a quarter-acre residential lot or manage a 1000-acre commercial campus, it is important to understand the health and document the value of the trees on your property.
